1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Power Hoods Systems provides commercial kitchen hood cleaning, exhaust maintenance, and related services. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Hood and exhaust system cleaning
• Exhaust fan repair and installation
• Deep kitchen cleaning
• HVAC and duct cleaning
• Equipment cleaning and maintenance

3. Service Scheduling

All services are scheduled by appointment. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred timing. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• Additional charges may apply for emergency or after-hours service

5. Service Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days and we will make it right at no additional cost.

6. Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe access to the work area and ensure that the workspace is reasonably clear before our arrival. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions not caused by our services.

7. Liability Limitations

Power Hoods Systems maintains comprehensive liability insurance. However, our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of business or revenue
• Pre-existing equipment issues
• Damage caused by third parties

8. Compliance

Our services are designed to help you meet NFPA 96 and local fire code requirements. However, maintaining ongoing compliance is your responsibility. We provide documentation to support your compliance efforts.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Power Hoods Systems and protected by copyright laws.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
